Currently, when opening a backlog in any context, a message appears at the top explaining if the rank is being done at the Global Rank or some other tier or combination. The message quickly fades afterwards.

Expected Results

It should be clear at all times which ranking is being affected when on any given page

Actual Results

The ranking indicator disappears after a short period and can be easily overlooked or forgotten when adding and moving multiple items in a backlog view.
