Legacy OKR Experience- Objective title can't be set during the creation

      Hello,

      In the legacy OKR experience, the Objective title can't be set during the initial creation.
      The user needs to fill out the required field and save it to set the title.

      The enhancement request is to have the option to set the Objective title during the creation of the Objective in the old OKR experience.
