[JIRAALIGN-779] Split Story doesn't synced and received JIRA link in AC

Prerequisites: JIRA connector should be set up on test site
There should also be synced story between two systems.
JIRA Project field should be set mandatory.

1. Open synced story in Jira Align
2. Copy or split the story
3. Wait until sync runs
4. Open split part 2 (or copy) and check if the story has JIRA link (if story is synced)

ER: Story synced and received JIRA link

AR: Story has JIRA project copied from the originating story, but it seems that this project just displays on UI because story doesn't sync to JIRA.
