Request

1. Add 'Comments' column to this spreadsheet that can be used to include additional clarifying information for a given EI table field (column).
   .
2. With #1 in place, requesting to add a comment for Story > FK Program Increment ID to help clarify the stored value in the case of an assigned Sprint's PI vs a parent Feature's PI. Something like:

   _If parented to a Feature, this is the Feature’s PI ID. Otherwise, this is the PI of the Story via the Sprint/Anchor Sprint Assigned._
