User Problem

Users who have added custom fields to the Objective level in Jira Align can't export these fields when using the OKR Hub. Although custom fields are correctly exported using the Objectives grid, the OKR Hub does not currently support exporting this additional data. This inconsistency limits the usability of the OKR Hub for teams who need all objective details, including custom fields, in their exports. As a result, users are required to rely on the Objectives grid, which may not be as convenient or aligned with their workflow needs in the OKR Hub.

Suggested Solutions

• Update the OKR Hub export functionality to include custom fields in exported data, ensuring consistency with the export capabilities in the Objectives grid.
• Provide an option within the OKR Hub that allows users to select which fields, including custom fields, should be included in the export.

Current Workarounds

Currently, users must go to the Objectives grid to export custom fields and objective details. While this provides access to all data, users must navigate away from the OKR Hub, disrupting their workflow and requiring additional steps to gather a complete data export.
