This is a request to get support for work item audit log redaction via a Jira Align v2 API REST endpoint.

For example, the new endpoint implementation would have the following requirements:

• an admin audit log event that shows the admin user ID, work item ID, audit log ID, and datetime.

• user permission toggle for the ability to use admin redaction capability (or restrict only to super admins?)

• Optional: include a note/text update for the customer’s internal help desk ticket ID when calling API, so it’s included in the logs.
