Issue Summary
When filtering dependencies across multiple Program Increments(PIs), the dependencies that belong to the PI selected on the left side PI field is not listed. Rather, it lists the dependencies of the additional PIs selected through apply filter.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select a Program from the top navigation
- Choose a PI from the left navigation
- Navigate to Dependencies
- Notice that all the dependencies that belong to the selected PI and any dependency with committed date or needed by that falls within the range of the selected PI also gets populated
- Select apply filter and add an additional PI
- Notice that the dependencies that belonged to the first PI is not listed anymore

Expected Results
Filtering dependencies for multiple PIs should list all the dependencies that belong to those selected PIs.
Actual Results
When filtering dependencies across multiple Program Increments(PIs), the dependencies that belong to the PI selected on the left side PI field is not listed.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
