Summary

As an EI user, I should have the ability to fetch all the Custom fields created in JiraAlign

Actual result

The view [Custom Field List] only makes available custom fields of the type "Multi Select" and only those that are in use.

Expected Result

Enterprise Insight should have a view where we can fetch the list of all the Custom Fields created in JA, irrespective of their association with any Work Item.
