Issue Summary

Attempting to rename a Capability fails with "Duplicate Name. Please provide unique capabilities name." if it shares a name with a cancelled Epic. Capabilities that share a name with an active Epic can be renamed without issue.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic.
2. Create a Capability with the same name as the Epic created in step 1.
3. Cancel the Epic created in step 1.
4. Attempt to rename the Capability created in step 2.

Expected Results

Capability is renamed without issue.

Actual Results

"Duplicate Name. Please provide unique capabilities name." error is displayed and name change is not saved.

Workaround

Permanently deleting or renaming the canceled Epic will allow for renaming of the Capability.
