Preconditions:
- You should have an export file with filled required fields with valid data for features and program under the portfolio with enabled capabilities should be set in the import file
- Capability under the program above should be set as parent item for the feature

Steps to reproduce:
1) Login to test agilecraft instance
2) Go Team > Defects > More Actions > Import Defects
3) Select any program and click "Browse"
4) Select a file from preconditions and click "View Info" link
