Backlog: Tag Spacing issue with 9 or more tags

STR:
1. Go to backlog (Any work item)
2. Make sure tags are showing
3. Make sure there are 9 or more tags showing on one work item
4. Make sure there are two sprints assigned to the work item with 9 or more items
5. Decrease the resolution of the screen till the smallest supported (min ScreenSize = 1280 and min HightSize = 700

AR: The tags touch in vertical rows
Tags are overlapping the name of the work item when screen resolution is decreased (see attachment)

ER: There should be proper spacing for all tags and they shouldn't be touching
Tags should be truncated in case their amount overlaps the Tags column width
