API - Ability to filter snapshotIds for /align/api/2/Goals endpoint

      Hello,

      Currently, the /align/api/2/Goals snapshotIds is not searchable using the $filter command.

      The enhancement request is to have the ability to filter the Goals for a specific Snapshot ID via the API.
