Issue Summary

Currently, on Jira Align, the system is ignoring the type of Objectives (Program, Team and Solution) and it is returning an error when saving the Objectives, and the Theme toggle (set in Details Panels Settings) is required.

The error returned is:

Steps to Reproduce

1. On the Details Panels Settings enable the toggle Theme for Objectives
   1. Active
   2. Required
2. Save it.
3. Go to any Objectives with type as Team, Program or Solution.
4. Click on Save (don't need to update anything, just click on Save)

Expected Results

The Jira Align would use the Theme field only for Portfolio Objectives, as defined in the Jira Align Documentation

Select the theme to which your objective belongs. Portfolio objectives are the only objectives that may be associated with themes. 

Actual Results

Jira Align returns an error requesting "ThemeId" for Team, Program, or Solution Objectives when the Theme toggle is set on Details Panels Settings for Objectives.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
