Issue Summary

Dependency Matrix report does not show the correct number of dependencies for a Portfolio+ PI combination

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA, and select a Portfolio from the Portfolio menu at the top
2. Select a PI from the left panel
3. Go to Reports -> Dependency Matrix(Dependency Level = Program)
4. Change the PI from the left panel to load the Dependency Matrix report for the new PI

Expected Results

Upon changing the PI, the Dependency Matrix Report should load the dependencies specific to that PI

Actual Results

Changing the PI does refresh the page, however it still shows the same data as for the previous PI.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
