Issue Summary
Download of Themes fails consistently - time out
Reproducible only on customer on-premise environment
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the Themes page (making sure it has larger number of records to export)
- Click More Actions > Export Themes
- Uncheck both options in the "Export Data" window
- Click Export
Expected Results
The Theme export to complete successfully and file downloaded successfully with all records.
Actual Results
- When trying to export 34 records only, it works fine
- However, when attempting to export a large number of records (such as 797 records) in the Theme grid, it times out and there was no file downloaded at all. So this issue is specific to exporting a large number of records. There is no file downloaded at all
- Also the error seen in the UI was "Check Internet connection"
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
