User Problem

Currently, only the Jira Align ID is displayed for the linked features or stories in the Release Vehicles work item. This makes it difficult for users to quickly identify the associated items based on their external IDs from Jira, which can cause confusion and inefficiency when cross-referencing or managing these items.

Suggested Solutions

• Display the external ID for linked features or stories alongside the Jira Align ID within the Release Vehicles work item.
• Provide an option to replace the Jira Align ID with the external ID or show both IDs, similar to how both are presented in the Story and Feature grids.
• This feature should depend on users having the "External ID" option enabled in their personal settings, allowing customization as needed.

Current Workarounds

Users need to manually cross-reference the Jira Align ID with the external ID by checking individual work items in the Story and Feature grids or by searching in Jira, which adds extra steps and delays to their workflow.
