Issue Summary

In the Legacy Experience for Team Objectives, if a Kanban team is assigned to an Objective, the Target Completion date field becomes Required, then hidden if Target Completion is the only date field shown.

Changes to the Objective cannot be made without populating the now hidden + required Target Completion date.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Kanban Team and Agile team for the same Program
2. Set Portfolio Ask and Target Start to not shown, Target Completion to shown but not Required in Details Panels Settings for this Portfolio.
3. Create an TeamObjective in the Legacy experience without a Target Completion date.
4. Save, then switch the Team assigned to the Kanban team.
5. Target Completion is now showing as Required despite the Details Panels Setting toggle.

Expected Results

Target Completion should not be required in Legacy experience unless the Required Toggle is enabled in Details Panel Settings

Actual Results

Kanban Teams alone seem to require Target Completion even if the Details Panel Setting toggle is off.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
