Issue Summary
Work Tree: The user can see all existing releases and work items (without team membership) on Strategy and Product levels
Preconditions:
User#1 - non-Super Admin role, e.g. Product Owner.
User#1 should be a member of Portfolio#1 > Program#1 > Release#1 hierarchy
User#1 should have access to the Work Tree page on Enterprise and Product levels
Steps to Reproduce
FOR ENTERPRISE MENU
- Navigate to the Work Tree page under Enterprise level > Leave side menu Release dropdown empty
- Open in-page release filter > On this step User#1 can see all the Releases that exist on the platform > Select any Release except for Release#1
- On the in-page Snapshots filter select a strategic snapshot that matches release selected in the previous step
FOR PRODUCT MENU
- Navigate to the Work Tree page under Product level > Leave side menu Release dropdown empty
- Open in-page release filter > on this step User#1 can see all the Releases that exist on the platform > select any Release except for Release#1
Expected Results
Only Release#1 should be shown on the in-page release filter
Actual Results
User#1 can see the Work Tree report with work items that do no belong to Portfolio#1 hierarchy
The defect is also reproducible in the old nav with Tier1 empty
