Program Increment Cleanup Report - Ability to create a URL link to share the report

      Currently, the Program Increment Cleanup Report can be Captured using the button on the page however the "Capture" does not have the URL to the actual report page.

      The enhancement request is to ability to create a URL link for the particular Program Increment Cleanup Report which can be shared with other users.
