New view of Team Objectives: Change error message

      Summary

      Currently, when a team is changed under a team objectives and it needs the user to select a PI, an error message stating "releaseIds is required" which is not user friendly 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Access the Objectives grid
      2. Click to open a Team Objective details
      3. Select another Team in the Teams field
      4. Click on Save and notice that the error message appears
      5. Notice that the PI field is changed and is asking for a PI, select one
      6. Click on save again. The objective is saved

      Please change this message to an user-friendly message such as "Select a PI"
