Issue Summary

Epics (initiatives) on the backlog page are no longer showing the correct color when they are set as "Accepted" state.  The color being used represents "Completed".

This appears to be a regression, since the color matching code was working fine in the past.  Issue was observed after upgrading to 11.x (haven't been able to confirm the exact version number)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the epic backlog page and open the details for an epic
2. Set the state on the item to "Accepted"
3. Find the item in the backlog view and observe the color

Expected Results

The color dot next to the item would match the color for "accepted" set under the global configuration

Actual Results

The color dot matches the color configured for "completed" instead.

Note that by default, the colors for completed and accepted are 2 very similar shades of green so it might appear to be working fine at a quick glance.  If you change the global configuration color for accepted to something else (like blue) the defect will be much more obvious.

Workaround

No workaround that I can find.
