Streamline Health and Status Dropdowns in Jira Align

Currently, on Jira Align, the Program Roadmap screen uses a variety of colors to indicate the health status of an Objective item:

      • Dark gray for no health
      • Blue for done
      • Orange for at risk
      • Red for critical/slip
      • Green for on track
      • Light gray for on-hold

As a user, I want to streamline the options in the Health dropdown to Red, Amber, and Green, and the Status dropdown to Not Started, In Progress, Paused, and Completed. This will make selections more intuitive and less subjective.

      Enhancement:

      1. It would be beneficial to align Jira Align's Health Status with the RAG (Red, Amber, Green) system used in 'Status Reports'. The current options (Red, Orange, Green, Yellow, Gray, and Blue) are too broad and lack clear definitions.
Additionally, the Status dropdown combines risk level and progress in several options (Off Track, At Risk, On Track, In Progress, Pending, Paused, Completed).
      2. To improve user experience, the color levels should be customizable, so it would be great if Jira Align had the option to customize the Status Color, for example: "in the event, we only want to support Red-Amber-Green"
      3. It would be great to have in Jira Align tooltips explaining what the color means, avoiding going around and searching in Documentation for the meaning of which color and status. This enhancement is to make the color usage more user-friendly and intuitive for the end user
