Issue Summary

A user is added to a Jira Align team for the first time, if he logs time in a Jira Task that syncs with JA, even if the option Settings > Jira Setup > Assign Jira users to Jira Align teams when associated with stories and defects = NO

Steps to Reproduce

1. Assign Jira users to Jira Align teams when associated with stories and defects = NO
2. The user was never part of the team and this user is not assigned to a Story/Defect.
3. Create a story on Jira
4. Create a task on Jira and assign this to a new user.
5. Log an hour into the task on Jira.

Expected Results

The user would not be added to the team, as the setting is disabled.

Actual Results

The user will be added to the team if they log hours to a task that sync to JA and they were not part of this in the past.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
