Issue Summary
Under new OKR experience, saving Objective fails with the following error when one of its associated Programs is moved to a different Portfolio.
"Value for programs with id <ID> is invalid"
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Program 1 and assign to Portfolio 1
- Create Portfolio Objective 1 and associate it with Program 1
- Assign Program 1 to Portfolio 2
- Open Objective 1, make a minor change (e.g. description) and attempt to save.
- Observe error:
- Switch to legacy experience and notice that you can save the Objective successfully
Expected Results
We should have better handling to avoid a save failure. Either allowing same behavior as legacy experience or ideally, when assigning a Program to a different Portfolio, we should have a check that disallows the re-assignment until it has been disassociated with any Objectives (or gives the option to automatically disassociate). Similar to the prompt we display when attempting to delete a Program that is associated with an Objective... e.g.
Actual Results
No prompt is displayed when moving the Program, which breaks the Objective linkage and results in an inability to save the Objective.
Workaround
Remove invalid program from the Objective and save.
