Ability to remove completed Epics from Backlog and rank items

      Viewing the Epic Backlog includes the completed Epics
      • The backlog view should only contain open Epics, which is standard agile practice. Displaying closed Epics distracts the user from the purpose of the backlog and the task to be performed.
      •You can't filter the Epic backlog to exclude the completed Epics
