Issue Summary

Rich text formatting, added to the note when overriding the objective score, is lost.
Furthermore, if the score override's note contains a bulleted or numbered list, the list text is totally lost upon updating.
It is, therefore, impossible to use objective score updates with rich text and bulleted/numbered lists.

Steps to Reproduce

Following the step outlined in the help to override objective scores
In the score override note, add some rich text such as:

Expected Results

The rich text formatting is kept and the full text is saved.

Actual Results

The rich text formatting is lost, and the bulleted list text disappears.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
