Issue Summary

No data is displayed in the chart view by selecting the View Trends button at the top of the Key Results, an error message will display "No data to display". This affects all tiers of KRs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any KR in an OKR or in the OKR hub
2. Open the KR slideout panel
3. Click on the 'View Trends' Button
4. Affects both new experience and legacy details panel

Expected Results

A chart is displayed reflecting the KR data in the Metrics Dashboard

Actual Results

A message will display "No data to display", even though the data values are listed above the chart area.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
