ADO Connector - Include status indicators for connection/service

      The ADO connector is missing the service green/red light indicators for the connectivity, similar to what the Jira connector has (shown below)

      This makes it difficult to determine from the UI if the service for an ADO connector has been initialized on the backend.  Please consider adding the same red/green light indicators to the ADO connector setup interface.
