Incorrect Audit Logs for Ideation in Jira Align

      Issue Summary

      Incorrect Audit log for Ideas created within Jira Align.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Subscribe an Idea created in Jira Align.
      2. Check Audit Log for the Idea.

      Expected Results

      Audit log should list the name of the user who Subscribed to it.

      Actual Results

      Audit log entries for the Subscribed user is incorrect.
      For Ex: Audit log has entires like "User A subscribed User B,". However User B themselves subscribed to the Idea.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
