Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Some ideas are created with the field CreatedBy as empty which causes them to not appear in any backlog view of Ideation, the idea can only be accessed by direct URL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an idea and take note of its direct URL
2. Search for the idea within the ideas grid and its backlog
3. Notice that the idea does not show in both views
4. Paste the URL saved in step one and paste to your browser
5. Notice that the idea opens its details as expected

Expected Results

All ideas related to the filters presented on the page will be shown 

Actual Results

Ideas with empty fields show neither in the ideas grid or the backlog

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
