Steps to Reproduce

1.  if we query the [Feature History] views we, will see the gap in the feature history records 

Expected Results

1. All the feature history records should have proper exact records and no gaps 

Actual Results

All the feature history records should have proper exact records and no gaps  

Workaround

Doing full loads on the object is the current workaround. 
EI team will push this out as part of the hot-fix release 11.1.1
