Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run ETL pipeline and you will see count exported from source using GET_FeatureFact.sql script to be 500K instead of recent updates only

Expected Results

should load only current updates and not all rows where ValidTo column is NULL 

Actual Results

It should load only current data

Should get current data only 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available. 
A Fix has been pushed in Release 11.1
