Issue Summary

The "Kanban Board: Add Item to Board Column' link is visible in the Story slide-out for the user role, which has all the Kanban Board toggles disabled. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new system role
2. Disable all Kanban Boards toggles for the role
3. Create a new Story or open an existing story
4. Confirm that the 'Kanban Board: Add Item to Board Column' link is visible for the Story
5. There is no configuration found in Administration to disable the "'Kanban Board: Add Item to Board Column' link button for Stories

Expected Results

The "Kanban Board: Add Item to Board Column' link ** in the Story slide-out ** should be disabled for the roles that have all the Kanban Boards permission toggles are OFF

Actual Results

The user is able to view the Kanban Board: Add Item to Board Column' link ** in the Story slide-out, even though all the Kanban Boards permission toggles are OFF (disabled)

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
