REST API 2.0: Ability to update the WSJF Values

      The 4 values that constitute the WSJF (Business Value, Time, RR/OE, Job Size) are not available on the API (for Epics/Capabilities/Features), so it is not possible to update/retrieve them.
      So please add them to support the use of API to update/retrieve the value of WSJF.
