Issue Summary
From Jira Align console > All Items > Risks > Filters, the filter for Impact shows as "=,>,<" and they are not listed independently. Due to this, all the risks are listed irrespective of the filter applied.
Due to this, risks can't be filters using Impact at a global level (entire Jira Align)
However, if we look at risks at Program/Team level > more items > Risks > filter using Impact, the filters "<", "=", ">" are listed independently and the filters do work as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Browse to Jira Align console > All Items > Risks > Filter
- Select the filter for Impact
- Notice the filter shows as "=,>,<" and they are not listed independently.
- Due to this, all the risks are listed irrespective of the filter applied
Expected Results
Display filter for Impact with "<", "=", ">" listed separately under Jira Align console > All Items > Risks. This way the filter makes sense and can filter based on Impact
Actual Results
Jira Align console > All Items > Risks > Filters, the filter for Impact shows as "=,>,<" and they are not listed independently. Due to this, all the risks are listed irrespective of the filter applied.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
