Issue Summary

Adding Additional programs to JA Epics Additional Program field results in the error 'additional programs: text length exceeded - 1000 chars'. The same error message is displayed if we try to delete programs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the JA Epics grid
2. Open a an Epic slide out panel 
3. Click on the Plus sign and Add multiple programs
4. Hit Save

Expected Results

JA will reach the established limit and thrown the error 'additional programs: text length exceeded - 1000 chars'. 

Actual Results

JA should have the Text Length Limit in 'Additional Programs' Field For JA Epics extended to prevent the error message being displayed.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
