Issue Summary
The customer created the custom field Team in Jira and JA and mapped in Field Management. However, the custom "Team" field is not syncing from JA to Jira unless users sync other fields simultaneously.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1. In JA: Go to Admin > Details Panels settings, create a custom field (e.g., Jira Team).
- Step 2. In Jira: Go to Custom field and create the custom field to map with the Jira Team field in JA.
- Step 3. In JA, under Admin > Jira Settings > Field Management, map the custom team fields in Jira and JA
- Step 4. Create a feature in JA without filling the Jira Team field and let it sync to Jira.
- Step 5. After the feature is synced to Jira, go to JA and update the Jira Team field and click the Save button. However, the custom Team field is not synced in Jira.
- Step 6. In JA, update the Jira Team custom field and then update any other fields (e.g., description) and click the Save button.
- Step 7. Go to Jira and confirm that the description and custom Team field have been updated.

Actual Results
customTeamfield syncs only when users sync other fields simultaneously.
Workaround
Users in JA, when updating custom Single Select Custom Fields should also make an update to either Title or Description (such as adding or removing a period) before saving the changes to the Single Select Custom Fields.
