User Problem

In Enterprise Insights, users are currently unable to view the Program Increment (PI) rank for Themes within the system. This specific view is essential for understanding and managing the prioritization of Themes across different Program Increments, similar to the existing views for Epics. The lack of this feature makes it challenging to assess and compare the ranking and progress of Themes within each PI.

Suggested Solutions

1. Create a New Table for Theme PI Rank: Develop a new table that captures the PI rank for Themes. This table should function similarly to the existing "Epic Rank Portfolio Program Increment" table, providing specific ranking information for each Theme within a Program Increment.
2. Enhance Existing Views: Integrate the Theme PI rank data into current views and dashboards where users typically track and manage their Themes, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Current Workarounds

At present, there are no direct workarounds available within the system to view the PI rank for Themes. Users can only access global ranking for Themes, which does not provide the granularity needed for PI-specific analysis
