Issue Summary
If a custom scorecard is used, the Portfolio Epic (Initiative) Value Score does not match the Score field in the Status Report.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Admin > Setup > Programs > (select the program) > Change the Score Card to a Custom one. (Any Scorecard except the Default one)
- Select a Portfolio Epic (Initiative) > Value Tab > Calculate a Score.
- Now go to Program > Status Report > Verify that the value in the "Score" field does not match the score in the Value Tab
Expected Results
When a custom scorecard is set for the Program, the value in the Status Report "Score" field should match the score in the Epic Value tab.
It is working as expected if the "Default Score Card" is set for the Program.
Actual Results
The value in the Status Report "Score" field does not match the score in the Epic Value tab if a Custom Scorecard is set for the Program.

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
