Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Upon saving Dependency after adding multiple Teams in the "Depends On" section gives the error "Text Length Exceeded - 100 Characters"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Dependency grid
2. Click on "Add New Dependency" 
3. Fill in all the required fields, and under the "Depends On -> Teams" section add more than 100 programs
4. Click On Save.

Expected Results

The user is able to select as many teams as needed and the dependency is updated with no error 

Actual Results

A red pop-up window displays the error: 'Depends On Team(s): Text length exceeded - 100 characters' and the exceeding teams are not added to the dependency

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
