Issue Summary
When attempting to add a new field mapping within the JA platform, the operation fails, resulting in a blank screen for the user.
This issue has been traced back to a failed API call to the endpoint /privateapi/jira/connectors/1/field-mappings, which returns a 404 Not Found error.
A total of 9 customers affected so far.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the JA platform with a user account.
- Navigate to the field mappings configuration section.
- Attempt to add field mapping by filling out the required information and submitting the form.
- Observe that the screen turns blank shortly after the submission, with no further feedback provided to the user.
Expected Results
The Field Management modal is displayed and allows customers to map the custom fields.
Actual Results
The Field Management modal is NOT displayed resulting in a blank screen for the user.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
