Hide
1.Login with user who has read only access on work items

2. Click and drag attachment onto attachment field on work item slide out

3. Exit Slideout

Expected Result:
User with read only access on work item would not be able to add attachments
Actual Result:
Attachment sticks on work item and user cannot delete it

Description

STR:

1. Log in with the user who has read-only access on work items
2. Click and drag attachment onto attachment field on work item slide out
3. Exit Slideout

AR: Attachment sticks on a work item and the user cannot delete it

ER: User with read-only access on work item should not be able to add attachments

Attachments- User with read only access is able to add attachments to all work items and then cannot delete them
