Currently Portfolio Room → View Configuration (top right) → Theme PI Progress toggle is somewhat hidden away and it's not immediately obvious if it's disabled. The Theme PI Progress widget simply doesn't display anything.

Please add an info message to the Theme PI Progress widget when the toggle is disabled.

Please consider moving this toggle directly to the widget.
