Issue Summary
When reviewing a Dependency as a non-Super Admin user, if the Committed By date is filled, a user with the Role permission "Additional Options > Change Dependency Commit In Progress" should be able to modify the Committed By date. In the current version, only the Super Admin can modify this.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a non-external Dependency
- Set a Committed By date for the Dependency
- Login as a non-super admin with Dependency and "Change Dependency Commit In Progress" system Role permission.
- The Committed By date is greyed out and cannot be modified.
Expected Results
Users with "Change Dependency Commit In Progress" system Role permission should be able to modify a Committed By date for a Dependency in progress.
Actual Results
The system check for Super Admin will allow the Super Admin to make this modification but the system check for "Change Dependency Commit In Progress" will not allow the user to make this change.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
