Issue Summary

In certain circumstances, a user is duplicated on the team panel. This duplicate user is unexpectedly added back after being previously removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the user to the team T1
2. Add user manually to Sprint S1 (with allocations and role)
3. Remove user from team T1
4. Create story A in Jira, linked to sprint S2 with the user as assignee
5. Create subtask A1 under story A with the user as the assignee
6. Wait for it to sync to JA
7. Remove the user from sprint S2
8. Log hour on the task A1
9. Update the description of Story A
10. Wait for it to sync to JA
11. Remove the user from team T1 via UI
12. Add the user again on team T1 via UI
13. Click on the users on T1 and see the duplicates

Expected Results

User will be present on the team only once

Actual Results

User appears on the team panel multiple times

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
