Sync a work item from AgileCraft to Jira with an assignee in AgileCraft that exists in Jira, but does not have permissions to be an assignee on the issue in Jira

The error message would show in the AgileCraft work item audit log and connector api log in the same manner it used to, see screenshot example. The API errors should also show under the Jira Settings logs.
