Issue Summary

re-parenting a Story through the Feature > Stories > Quick Add an story 2-In Progress

If you re-parent a child story (2 - In Progress) to a Feature (0 - Pending Approval) from the Feature > Stories quick Add; the Feature DOES NOT get its status auto-updated to 2 - In Progress as expected
However, any change in the new child Story will trigger the Feature to go to 2 - In Progress

This is reproducible: (yes) 

Suggestion

If you re-parent a child story (2 - In Progress) to a Feature (0 - Pending Approval) directly from the Story field Feature parent;
The new Feature parent will automatically go to 2 - In Progress.

So in this case I would like to suggest the behavior of automatically update the parent Features  should happen for both cases.
