Issue Summary

Backlog - The Value and Score fields are visible in the filter (Columns Show) for the Portfolio Epics; however, they are not visible or available to control from Detail Panel Settings. 
Additionally, even though the "Strategic Value Score" is turned off it does not affect the visibility of the "Value" and "Score" fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Portfolio > Backlog > Portfolio Epics
2. Click "Columns Show" and verify that the "Value" and "Score" fields are available
3. Now, Go to Details Panel Settings > Select a Portfolio > Portfolio Epics
4. Disable the "Strategic Value Score" toggle
5. Verify that there are no seperate toggles available for the "Value" and "Score" fields to control the filter visibility
6. Go to Portfolio > Backlog > Portfolio Epics and verify that the "Value" and "Score" fields are visible

Expected Results

• if the "Strategic Value Score" is disabled the "Value" and "Score" fields should not be visible in the Column Shown in the Epic Backlog
• or separate toggles for the "Value" and "Score" fields should be available and we should control the visibility in Details Panel Settings for Epics.

Actual Results

• The "Value" and "Score" fields are visible even though the "Strategic Value Score" is disabled from the Details Panel Settings
• There is no separate toggle for "Value" and "Score" in the Details Panel Settings to control the visibility on the Backlog Filter

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
