Summary

Currently, the new OKR experience allows for text search of the Parent Goal, Tier, and Portfolio associated with the OKR in the Hierarchy section. However, the Program field does not allow for text search.

Expected Behavior

When creating or editing a Solution or Portfolio level OKR, each field in the Hierarchy drop downs should allow text search to filter the list.

Actual Behavior

When creating or editing a Solution or Portfolio OKR, the Program selection populates all possible programs but does not allow text searching to filter the program list, making it tedious when having to scroll through dozens of programs
