User Problem

Currently, only the Milestone's Start and Due Date are displayed on the Epic Status Report in Jira Align. This means the Complete Date is only visible on the Roadmap. This limitation makes it difficult for users to get a comprehensive view of milestone progress and completion within the Epic Status Report.

Suggested Solutions

1. Include Complete Date in Status Report: Modify the Epic Status Report to include the Milestone Complete Date along with the Start and Due Dates.

2. Customizable Columns in Status Report: Allow users to customize which columns are displayed in the Status Report, enabling them to include the Complete Date as needed.

3. Enhanced Reporting Options: Provide enhanced reporting options that allow users to generate reports with all relevant milestone dates, including Start, Due, and Complete Dates.

Current Workarounds

None. Users currently need to switch from the Epic Status Report back to Roadmap to view all milestone dates, which is inefficient.
